Job Description: Manages and coordinates the implementation of the organization’s clients acting as a liaison between Procede Software and the client project manager. Participates in on-going customer support and assists with product release testing and documentation as needed.
Job Description: The Crystal Reports Designer is responsible for modifying existing and creating new forms and reports within Crystal Reports. All forms/reports will connect to a SQL backend database, and familiarity with SQL and ability to interpret, modify, and create SQL Views and Stored Procedures is required. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be comfortable evaluating custom reporting needs with end users. In addition to Crystal Reports, some advanced reporting within Microsoft Excel or Procede’s proprietary business intelligence tool may be required.
Job Description: The Business Analyst will be a key member of our Product Management & Integrations group, and key to our increasingly agile product and development processes. The BA will work with customers and internal stakeholders in development, product marketing, professional services, quality assurance, support and other teams as the owner of multiple concurrently active integration products. The Business Analyst must be prepared to take full responsibility for the success of each integration product in his or her portfolio.
The BA will become a domain expert capable of highly independent and proactive contribution to the team, helping to continually improve product deliverables. A successful BA could eventually move into a Product Managment role.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding, and past experience with: SQL or relational database back-end data mapping, and B2B systems integrations including the review and interpretation of API documentation and translating/defining requirements for a development team.

Job Description: The Product Marketing & Strategy Coordinator will be a key member of our Product Marketing (PMK) & Strategy department. The Coordinator will work with partners and OEMs in support of all partnerships, OEM relationships and related business development activities. The Coordinator will also work with all internal stakeholders on related activities, and must be prepared to take full responsibility for the success of all assigned projects and activities.
Job Description: The Project Manager will be a key member of our increasingly AGILE product and development processes and our Product Marketing, Strategy & QA group. The PM will work with Customers and internal stakeholders in Development, Product, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Quality Assurance, Technical Support and other teams to drive multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion—with a primary focus on taking coordinating and planning the movement of products from Development (through QA, Beta, Pilot, and First Deployment) to Launch. This will include installation of software and complex systems at multiple clients for multiple products based on an aggressive development schedule.
