Crystal Reports Designer

Type: Salaried/Full Time

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000

Number of Openings: 1

Job Description: The Crystal Reports Designer is responsible for modifying existing and creating new forms and reports within Crystal Reports. All forms/reports will connect to a SQL backend database, and familiarity with SQL and ability to interpret, modify, and create SQL Views and Stored Procedures is required. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be comfortable evaluating custom reporting needs with end users. In addition to Crystal Reports, some advanced reporting within Microsoft Excel or Procede’s proprietary business intelligence tool may be required.

Job Description: The Product Manager will be a key member of our Product Management & Integrations group, and key to our increasingly agile product and development processes. The PM will work with customers and internal stakeholders in development, product marketing, professional services, quality assurance, support and other teams as the owner of multiple concurrently active products. As the owner of product definition and strategy, the Product Manager must be prepared to take full responsibility for the success of each product in his or her portfolio.

Product Management Coordinator

Type: Salaried/Full Time

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE

Job Description: 

The Product Management Coordinator will provide all requested and assigned support for product management functions in the company, and the department overall, including substantial project management, coordination, and administrative activities. The Product Management Coordinator will also help manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously, including but not limited to planning, prioritization, business analysis, execution, and finalization of projects per deadlines.

Responsible for tracking product development status and the communication of status to all stakeholders, aiding in clearing blocking conditions to keep projects on track, and the management of development tasking, sprints, sprint planning, and daily scrum meetings (SCRUM Master) in MS Team Foundation Server (TFS).
