During my keynote presentation at the 2019 PSC, I talked about how customer success is at the very core of our business as a dealer management solutions (DMS) provider. That’s why, during our product roadmap session, we showcased to our dealer network what we’ve accomplished over the past year, as a result of the feedback that we’ve received from YOU—our customers. This feedback will continue to allow us to propel our products forward, better meeting your dealership’s needs and simplifying your processes.
While I know that we as a company will continue to face challenges and opportunities as we grow and scale our business, we remain committed to your success and as always, strive to provide you with quality product solutions and services. I also understand the importance of using our customers as a guiding light in the product development process, so that we can continue to deliver the solutions that you need to run your dealerships more effectively. Managing and deepening our relationships with our customers is a central, company-wide focus, so that our whole product ecosystem grows together in a healthy manner.
As part of our continuing evolution and greater focus on customer success, Procede Software recently announced the promotion of Deanna Cocco, a 16-year company veteran, as our Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Deanna’s promotion will provide improved responsiveness to our customers, greater access to cross-departmental resources, and increase our ability to scale as an organization, all while we continue to meet the increasing demand for our solutions.
