From the Desk of Larry Kettler: Reinvesting in Our Business While Supporting the Industry
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact us all in different ways, Procede Software is more focused than ever on scaling our business, so that we can better serve the industry while the industry serves everyone.
Starting with our hardworking Education & Training team, who has been leading remote training sessions and adding to our extensive library of training videos on our eLearning Portal so that dealerships have the necessary resources to invest in their personnel and help them become proficient in Excede. Then there’s our talented Implementation team, who over the past several months has been hard at work with our new customers, as they convert off of their antiquated business systems and replace them with Excede v10…and transitioning them while completely remote!
I also wanted to share that Procede Software is reinvesting into our own team as we continue to scale our business to meet the growing demand for our dealer management solutions. We’re onboarding new team members and are continuously learning how to adapt to remote work as we forge ahead with our voluntary work-from-home model. The pivot to a remote team has put one of our core values–accountability–top of mind while we ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
Finally, we continue to be proud of what our industry is doing to support truck drivers, dealers and local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we’ve featured a number of our team members and customers on social media, to showcase the incredible work they’re doing to serve the trucking industry. If you haven’t already, we’d encourage you to follow us on social media to see how your colleagues are serving the industry during this time.
As we move forward with the remainder of 2020, we are excited to share with you several exciting announcements related to our products, services and Certified Partners, many of which you’ll find in this newsletter. I look forward to continuing to make strides during this challenging yet rewarding year!
In best health,
Larry Kettler, CEO
