Procede Help is Live

December 12, 2024 — Introducing Procede Help, your new central source of truth for all Procede Software reference material and resources!

The new portal helps streamline workflows and save you time, eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms to find help and documentation.

  • Centralized Content: Access help files, articles, product documentation, release notes, videos, and more all in one location
  • Powerful Search: Find answers quickly with advanced search tools and metadata
  • Custom Features: Set up alerts for content, bookmark favorites, and build collections to work seamlessly with our vast content library
  • Easy Access: Any active Procede customer can create a free account to access the portal. Authorized users can also click the Support button to submit tickets.

Please be advised that with the launch of Procede Help, content on the Customer & Resources (C&R) Portal will redirect to the same resource on Procede Help. All C&R Portal resources are now available in Procede Help, with similar (or enhanced) functionality. Your C&R Portal alerts will remain active through the end of January 2025, so that you will continue to receive notifications on content you were set up to follow, providing you time to subscribe to content in Procede Help. 

 To login, visit Procede Help and follow the below steps.

  1. Click Sign Up
  2. To register, use your work email address associated with your dealership’s domain. This ensures your access is linked to your organization and verifies your eligibility.
  3. Check your email to verify, then accept the terms & conditions.
  4. Start exploring!

Our SSO solution is also available and you can enroll at your convenience. To get started:

  1. Submit a Support Ticket by clicking on the floating Support button available in Procede Help to indicate your interest in adopting SSO.
  2. Our MIS team will schedule a quick call with you and guide you through the setup, which is straightforward and efficient.
  3. If any employees previously registered manually, their account will merge with SSO account upon first login.

Have feedback? Share your feedback with us directly within Procede Help. While viewing content, click the speech bubble to submit a rating or send a message directly to Procede Software.
