Data Insight leverages the data already in Excede to help you produce a broad set of graphical reports and dashboards. To maximize your usage of Data Insight, we offer fee-based training for users to learn how to use this powerful reporting tool to make fact-based and insightful decisions. We are pleased to offer remote training, which can be conveniently scheduled to meet your dealership’s needs.
Whether you want to feel more comfortable running and manipulating reports or learn the features available to create new ones, we provide content relevant to all Data Insight users covering a wide range of materials.
Data Insight users typically fall into one or more of the four user roles, and these users can expect to gain the following:
- Viewers – Learn how to search, run, understand, and manipulate existing reports
- Designers – Learn how to communicate report requests effectively
- Writers – Translate requests and create a visual representation of data
- Admins – Learn how to manage user access, designate roles and assign reports
For an additional one-time fee, we offer an upgrade to Custom Data Insight training! Custom training allows you to use your organizations data when learning to use this powerful tool.
