The Lincoln / Alemite fluid inventory control and management system is designed to accurately track, monitor and dispense fluids in a multitude of commercial trucking and heavy-duty fleet applications. These systems integrate seamlessly with the Procede – Excede DMS software. The interface adds a validation function to the process that verifies no fluid is dispensed without referencing an open work order within Excede, and it ensures that the technician requesting the fluid, is the same individual that is logged into the referenced work order. The systems complete the validation in real-time to ensure all orders are billed accurately and that service and inventory records are always up-to-date.
