The consultation provides hands-on, in-depth guidance after a system upgrade, ensuring your dealership optimally adopts new features, prepares staff for workflow changes, and maximizes all enhancements and functionality available.
With an Upgrade Consultation, you’ll receive:
- Step-by-step guidance for setup, staff prep, kickoff, and application of new features
- Preparation for your dealership to fully adopt the advanced system capabilities
- Guidance on revising SOPs to make Excede work better for you
- Personalized, immediate assistance with your questions and a live database for hands-on practice
- Focus on business improvements, including time efficiency, cost savings, and workflow enhancements
Throughout the sessions, an expert will help you build a customized list of action items for each department, aligned to reach successful business outcomes from the features you plan to implement.
