The Mack Volvo Unified Claims Handling Process (UCHP) Integration is wonderful. It speeds up claim input a lot by not having to key in all of the part numbers or using the copy-and-paste method for complain, cause and correction. In addition, the MVP Preferred Pricing Program Integration is also useful and helps save time by not having to key the invoices into the MVP system manually.
Excede DMS integrates seamlessly with our primary manufacturer-based software programs and makes is easy to create the reports needed to run our department effectively. In addition, since Excede DMS is Windows-based and so many people have experience with this type of software platform, it allows for faster, more efficient training of new employees.
Our number one criterion for a new dealer management system was stability in the database. Excede DMS relies on a SQL Server database, and it is extremely well-structured and reliable.
We began using Procede’s Barcode Scanning about a few years ago here at Triad Freightliner. Our primary use is receiving orders. Our warehouse staff save a lot of time on every order with the efficiency provided by the scanners. It is one of our best changes to our check-in process.
