The Lincoln LFC6000 server-based fluid management system has really helped us account for all our oil and fluids, eliminate shrinkage, and increase profits. The Excede DMS interface is great as it allows for automatic billing. Our techs use their in-bay PCs to request and dispense oil and it gets charged straight to the ticket, improving shop efficiency.
Using the PACCAR integrations has greatly improved our overall business process and customer satisfaction. Since Excede DMS uses a relational database, it gives us the ability to pull information and generate reports. We can also access vehicle and service history from all our locations, not just the local branch. Excede even gives us the ability to save documents related to the repair order like emails, PDFs and pictures.
The ability to export from Repair Management to Excede DMS using Navistar Gateway in order to create a Repair Order saves so much time since we are no longer duplicating our efforts.

The Service Web App WorkRoom and WaitRoom are simple but robust monitoring applications that enforce the communication between service office staff and technicians. We’d definitely recommend utilizing the Service Web App to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to help monitor and manage workflow in a busy service department.
We have been using Rapid RO for almost a year now, and it is a great tool to quickly get a repair order input into the system so technicians can start on repairs immediately.
Graco has been a wonderful addition to Thompson Dubuque. We have had lots of improvements in inventory on our fluids. We had a lot of issues tracking our fluids, and now our inventory is dead-on and has no issues.
